Cajun Swordfish and Vegetable Kabobs

Kabobs of any kind can provide a satisfying main course for your summer barbecues, and backyard parties. This swordfish and veggie kabob recipe makes for a colorful entree with fresh green and yellow zucchini squash, onion, cajun seasonings, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and red and yellow bell pepper.

Here’s a great recipe for grilled shrimp kabobs that I’m looking forward to trying. The recipe features a great yet simple marinade of the shrimp that you do two hours before grilling.
